RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Due to the nature of our products (consumable goods), we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. However, we accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item remains unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and within the return window.
RETURN TIMEFRAME
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Any request made after this period may not be accepted.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support team at info@ediblesonlinestore.com with the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Photo evidence, if necessary
2. We will confirm your eligibility after reviewing your request and provide instructions, including a return shipping address (if applicable).
3. You must ship the item back to us within 5 business days of receiving return authorisation.
REFUNDS
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
Full Refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days).
Credit in the amount of your purchase from the store.
Product Replacement (subject to availability).
Note: Refunds are issued only for the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please notify us with supporting images within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we will make it right.
